You & Me Foundation needed one unified system to run an NGO end-to-end — multi-level fundraising and donations with diverse payment mechanisms, a blog space, volunteer management, and careers for talent acquisition — managed from a single admin panel with fine-grained access control and a structure generic enough to support any number of organisations.
