the story
// 01 · the challenge

A nonprofit runs like
five organisations.

You & Me Foundation needed one system for fundraising campaigns, donation tracking, careers, volunteers and publishing, work that usually lives in five disconnected tools.

It had to scale across departments without becoming a maze: every team with its own room, every donor with a clear path.

// 02 · what we built

One roof,
many rooms.

Multi-tenant by architecture
Every table is scoped to an organisation, so a second charity runs on the same build with its own data and branding.
Fundraising and donations
Campaigns with transparent tracking, and a donation flow short enough to finish on a phone.
Volunteers and careers
Sign-ups, postings and applications handled inside the same system, with no third-party forms.
Publishing built in
Blogs and updates the foundation runs itself. No developer needed for a Tuesday post.
// 03 · the stack

Boring where it should be.

Proven parts, assembled carefully. Novelty goes into the product, not the plumbing.
